With our wide variety of project sizes, applications and locations, DPI’s equity and debt needs are never a one-size-fits-all. We continually seek investment partners and funding solutions that allow us optimize each project’s overall cost of capital and speed of execution.

 DPI prefers structures where we have aligned incentives through ownership and long-term asset management. We take pride in a hands-on approach by taking an active role in managing projects from development through EPC execution and start-up. This aligns incentives with our financial partners to produce an operating asset that has the highest value and return on investment.

 At DPI, we believe that development does not have to come at the expense of the environment. We strive to be good stewards by pursuing and supporting projects that utilize clean, sustainable fuels and recycle the energy in existing waste streams to the greatest extent possible. This approach has focused us on highly efficient LNG/gas fired power projects that can economically raise the standard of living in the developing world while minimizing carbon footprint, providing a win-win for the local population, our investors and the environment.
